The Final Sprint

Do you know what the great commission is? Every believer is called to play a part.

27 percent of the Church cannot explain the answer to that question. It was the final message that Jesus gave to his disciples before he ascended into heaven.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you" Matthew 28:19-20

It has been 2000 years, Jesus is about return and the task is not finished. But Jesus said;

"This Gospel of the Kingdom" will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. Matthew 24:14.

"The Final Sprint" is the last and greatest wave of evangelism the world will ever see! It starts from your local community and reaches to the uttermost parts of the earth...

What is your role in the great commission?

The Lord awakening in me one day in 2014 with a shuddering bolt of lightning I experienced in the Spirit, Psalm 29:7 "The voice of the Lord strikes with flashes of lightning" This was the start of a series of encounters with sounds I would hear in the Spirit over the next few years.

Alarm clocks ringing: "The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber for your salvation is nearer now than when you first believed" Romans 13:11

Knocking on my door: Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. Revelation 3:20

Another one I heard was the sound of a gunshot. What was the meaning? Hebrews 12:1 ...let us cast off everything that hinders and the sin which so easily entangles and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us" The end time race to the finish line has started!

The final generation has been given the noble task of presenting the Gospel to the last of the unreached people groups of the world before Christ's return.

The youth in the schools today could be that final generation before world events heat up concerning the Lord's return.

“Look, he is coming with the clouds,” and “every eye will see him, even those who pierced him”; and all peoples on earth “will mourn because of him.” So shall it be! Amen. Revelation 1:7

The Hour Is Later Than It Appears

Jesus said the Gospel would be preached to all nations as a witness — and then the end will come (Matthew 24:14). Only the Father knows the day and hour (Matthew 24:36) but many watchmen have noted: the year 2033 marks approximately 2,000 years since Christ's ascension. We are called to recognize the signs of the times— particularly the ones that point to the end time harvest of souls.

One thing hasn't changed: the harvest is plentiful, and the workers are few (Matthew 9:37-38). Jesus told a parable about servants entrusted with minas — resources to invest while the Master was away. Two servants multiplied what they were given. One buried it out of fear, and lost even what he had. Every believer has been entrusted with something for this hour: prayer, time, finances, gifts, influence. The question isn't whether you have a resource to invest. The question is what you will do with it before it is too late. "As long as it is day, we must do the works of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work" John 9:4
